Co-operative Funeralcare have over 600 local funeral homes across the country which offer a range of services for all types of funeral.
wilson.cooke. were responsible for the design and build of two new websites
with total content management and ecommerce systems.
These sites deal with
sensitive issues and effort was taken in the design and build process to
make the sites accessible and ensure users feel welcome the site uses clear
navigation and intuitive applications to achieve this.
Funeralcare site
The site works at two levels - for users requiring
easy access to important and useful content for funeral arrangement, and
also for future planning. The site also has a nationwide
branch management application which allows the user search for their local
funeral director by town, county, postcode and by distance.
Future planning site
The future planning site allows the user to easily set up a register of their
wishes online, the tool has an e-commerce section to take payment and full
administration panel for management.
