
New global brand direction for Sitel
Sitel, the leading global business process outsourcing provider has engaged Wilson Cooke to develop a new brand image.
Sitel provides world-class solutions from on-shore, nearshore and offshore locations across 155+ facilities throughout North America, South America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Lee Whittingham, Creative Director says "Following a photoshoot involving Sitel's UK teams we were briefed to design and develop a new brand image which is to be used across all communications. We are currently working with the European Marketing Director to roll out the new design across all its European locations, with the American and Asian areas to follow shortly.
As the core business is all about communication and interactivity we developed a graphic device to concrete all the design elements together that is representative of a speech mark or bubble. Taking the brand red as the lead colour for impact and using the shots of real Sitel team members we have developed a clean, distinctive look that is versatile enough to work across any medium."
