Following a 4-way pitch against some well known US agencies, Nashville based Sitel the leading global outsourcing provider of customer experience management, selected us to deliver a new brand image and digital presence.
To create a new visual image that reflects Sitels leading global position and understanding of the marketplace.
"Our brief started with insight to underpin a strategic plan and implementation. We then translated this into a visual brand image, messaging and digital solution. It soon became clear that the stereotypical call centre was no more and it is all now about customer experience, in every way." We worked closely with a dedicated global Sitel project team to deliver the entire project in just 3 months.
The foundations created from insight and our Optimisation team, including User Experience, allowed us to build an online experience that tells the Sitel story and stands out from the other outsourced services sites. Insight showed that the existing site had above average mobile usage so the new site has been developed responsively and is fully content managed using WordPress.

The creative team developed a new brand guideline that set the standards across the globe for layout, typography, photography and colour.
