Yates & Suddell, a long-established opticians, contact lens practitioners and hearing aid audiologists business recently commissioned Wilson Cooke to completely redesign their website (www.yatesandsuddell.co.uk). Yates & Suddell are independent opticians with branches in Bury, Ramsbottom, Walkden and Milnrow. The company has an enviable reputation of providing the local community with exceptional eye care built over 60 years.
Wilson Cooke initially undertook an analysis of the online marketplace and data from their current website to identify opportunities and highlight weaknesses. Whilst it already had significant traffic and an impressive conversion rate, it was a requirement to improve this further and provide a more usable, persuasive, content-managed site.
The new design reflects Yates & Suddell brand values and Wilson Cooke developed a partner strategy to help identify online opportunities with existing and new customers, direct traffic to the site via PPC, create and manage a 24 month social media strategy, develop an SEO strategy, improve usability on the website to help increase conversions and average order value and create a persuasion strategy to further engage and convince users to purchase.
The work is part of our ‘applied partnership program’ and therefore is a continuous process to help Yates & Suddell improve sales and efficiencies. Wilson Cooke has scheduled plans to introduce further features and functionality to add to the overall online customer service through testing, reviews and development.
