As a project manager you will be responsible for leading one of our agile delivery teams consisting of front and back-end developers within a scrum methodology. The role involves managing work within the team, from the initial request from our clients to project/job completion.
You will be responsible for managing the team backlog, agreeing tasks at the start of each in the daily scrum meeting, supporting the delivery team to ensure they are clear on work requirements and collaborating with our clients to keep them updated on progress and ensuring they are involved in the project as much as possible.
This is very much a client-facing role so it’s also really important that you’re an approachable, friendly person.
You will also need to work with other members of our delivery teams to share ideas and experiences to allow for an on-going learning spiral and consistent level of delivery across all our delivery teams.
You will have commercial responsibility for the delivery of jobs and projects to ensure these are delivery to the client’s requirements, on time and within budget.
You will also lead the collaboration with the Creative, Optimisation and Marketing teams when delivery projects.
This is a challenging, exciting, hands-on role within our Digital department with the chance to delivery excellent solutions for our clients while leading a highly skilled delivery team.
